SharePoint 2010 Web Part ListView of List of Links to Launch into Web Part

I have an SharePoint Web Part Page.  It has a left column web part and a central web part of content.

I placed xsltListView on the left page and sourced it from a list of urls list to display the items and have the links launch the associated page.  I would like to have that page show up in my central content web part.

At the moment clicking the name launches the URL within the browser and leaves the Site.

I'm not in front of SharePoint 2010 right now, but my gut feeling would be to add a page viewer web part and connect it to the list.

How to add a page viewer web part: http://blip.tv/sharepoint-hoster/using-the-sharepoint-2010-page-viewer-web-part-4166517

I'm not sure if the 2010 version of the Page Viewer Web Part allows connections. It did not in 2007 and earlier, so the workaround was a custom web part, which can be found on Codeplex: http://connectablepgviewer.codeplex.com/
