How to setup alert mail to inform the users to change the password before expiration ?

We do have two domains for the moments. One for exchange server, hosted outside our subsidiary and another one for file server locally.

For exchange accounts, we setup the security to change the password at x days. not for file server.

I would like to setup the alert to send email to users, saying that yr password expires in 10 days, 5 days..3 days remaining..

IS that possible to do this from the exchange server or windows 2008 server ? If yes, any one guide me ?

    I'm using this vbscripts:

    1. The password notifier script - You need to specify the SMTP server and Password Age. The script will generated report file contains user whom password going to expire.

    2. Rename Report File script - This will rename report file from no.1

I create a batch file to run above scripts and use Windows Task Scheduler to run the batch file.
