advantages or features of ip phones

We have installed xorcom ip-pbx and jsut started the new system of IP-PBX most of the users are using analog phones connected to the ip-pbx with an interface of ATA (open-box ATA) and for the top management we procured IP-PHONES of yealink of T38,T28 and T22. Analog phones users have started using the features like voice mail etc. but top management wants me to list the advantages of ip-phones when compared to the analog phones in the same ip-pbx network with the ATA, now that iam able to only find few , like missed call alert, phone book, hot dail , virtual numbers, and HD audio quality.
please list few more advantages of ip-phones
