I have the attached spreadhseet which I hope will help explain this. As you can see each person listed on the 'data' tab has a tab with the same name in the spreadsheet.

I would like to be able to create a VBA bit of code which will, everytime the name of the tab is shown in column F it copies the entire line from the data spreadsheet to the tab with the same name and it continues to do this for everyline in the data spreadsheet.

I have done the first name tab James as an example of what I am trying to do.

I would look to perform this bit of code while doing the creation of the hyperlinks and create the sheets at this time too.
So start with the summary sheet and data sheet and just have one piece of code which does all the handling.
    Does this sound about right?

    The attached file will...

    1) Move down the Data sheet
    2) Create sheets where they do not exists
    3) Create hyperlinks where they do not exist
    4) Copy each line to the new sheet by name.
    5) Apply the sum to the summary

So this should do all you need.
    (so far)
