Retention stage sharepoint online - transfer to another location

I've got a SharePoint Online team site with lots of documents.

I would like to set up a retention stage where the documents in a library are inserted into an archive document library once they are more that a year old.

Going by this link here :

it's possible to achieve this using SharePoint 2010.

I can't seem to find a SharePoint Online equivalent for the following step:

Go to Central Administration in General Application Settings. Under the External Service Connections section, locate and click on ‘Configure sent to connections’

Can this be achieved in SharePoint Online?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

You have the section "Configure send to connections" under the Administration link in  the SharePoint Online.
    Please check this article:

In the middle of this page you will see an explanation about Administration options.

The Configure Send-To Connection won't help you achieve what you want, as that is for sending documents to an OUTSIDE source.

Instead, you need to use workflows.  There is a good set of instructions for this here:

I thought I'd write this up for anyone who has a request to create an anonymous whistle-blower-type submission form created using SharePoint 2010 (this would probably work the same for 2013). It's not 100% fool-proof but it's as close as you can get…
