I just bought Mountain Lion for my company PC.  I was expecting an invoice to be emailed, but it did not happen.

How can I get one?

    Accepted Solution

You can access the invoice through the iTunes app on your computer. Open the app, open the iTunes store, view your account, view purchase history and then select the proper invoice by click the arrow on the left hand side. You can also try this in the app store (I always do it with my iTunes)

Or you can be really patient. The will sent you an e-mail with the invoice, but that can take some time (2-4weeks I've waited for an invoice)

I purchased it using a different Apple ID: the one for my business.  The one iTunes is configured for is my personal Apple ID.

    Any suggestions?

You can log in with your business Apple ID. You just needs access to your account. You can do it on another pc, or try it with the app store.

Just log out of iTunes with your personal account, then just log in with your business account.  After you do that, check your purchase history to obtain the invoice.  Once you have what you need, you can log out of the business account in iTunes and log back in with your personal.

It finally got emailed.  I think it required the credit card to get processed, which does not happen on weekends.
