How do I enter reminder as a Day of Month Entry for iPhone 4s (iOS 5.1.1) Calendar. I want to enter, say, meeting information for the first Thursday of each month for September, 2012 forward.

Obviously the date will be different, but it is the day of the week that is critical.

Sorry - that's not currently possible.  You would need to enter the appointment in Outlook and either sync the phone to Outlook, or if you have Outlook via Exchange, then with Activesync configured, the appointment will make it to your iPhone.

Hopefully they will allow it to be done in an upcoming iOS release, but for now - we just get to pick a day and a time :(
