I am running outlook 2007 with exchange 2003. I thought i disable the junk email filtering but email is still going to junk email folder. I thought to disable junk email by:
    Actions Menu;
    Click on Junk E-mail;
    Select Junk E-mail Options;
    Select No automatic filtering;
    Press OK.
What am i doing wrong? what do i need to do to disable junk email?

    Add the sender to safe sender list, it'll stop going to junk email.

    More over on the server you might have got IMF / Sender ID Filtering. Those too add to SCL Ratings and hence send emails over to your junk.

    Sorry for the confusion, however you selected Exchange Email Server - and IMF is part of it.

    BTW are you an administrator OR just a normal user?

    In Outlook add the email address to Safe senders lisy. I would not recommend you making any changes on the server end as if there is any Junk issue it will start throwing stuff into peoples Inbox so ...... just add email addresses to the Safe senders in Outlook.

    Add names to the Junk E-mail Filter lists
