opening saved .msg file does not launch outlook - XenApp5 on Windows 2003 enterprise
We have "Windows Explorer" published on all 10 citrix xenapp5 servers.
When a user try to open saved .msg file from map drive from windows explorer, it does not open neither give any error. We only see "windows installer" windows popup for 1 second and disappear and nothing happans.
However, strange thing is it works fine on some of the citrix servers. So not sure what is causing this and how to resolve. thanks
