Active Directory Administrave templates missing after AD restore

dear all,
we restored Actives directory domain controller in different hardware, after some restarts i am able to login in dtomain with administrator  user. But in administrator tools i am not seeing administrative templates, like Active directory users and computers, Active directory domains and trusts..... is it possible to get these administrative templates some how...?
through googling i found we can copy these templates from some other working server.
if it is ok how can i copy those templates...from working server.
i guess AD restore done properly... becaz before restoration this pc just normal workgroup pc with same name of my dc, after restoration i got domain login with administrator.
kindly advise.
this is done in test environment.

Restoring to different hardware can be a pain.   Have you tried installing the admin tools again.  You have 2003 listed so it is the adminpak
