MS Word 2003 default View

Our comany is using MS Office 2003 still.

How do I set the default view for MS Word when it loads to Print Layout?

have to set it every time.

    You can't, or at least you can't do this outside of running a macro every time you open a document.  Word always opens documents using the view that was current when they were last open.

    You can disable Reading Layout though which is in Tools > Options > General > uncheck Allow starting in reading layout.

    Even if you did go through the hassle of using macros for this that would only affect how the document appeared on your screen, if you sent it to another user chances are they would have security settings enabled that would either disable the macro or not allow the document at all.
