At one of my locations, I'd like group policy to be applied from a specific domain controller, because their domain controller is having problems.  Is there any way to actually do that?

Thank you!

It will used the DC that is used during authentication which should be the DC in their site.  No way that I know to say "use domain controller X for GPO processing"
