I use a secondary lan interface in a different vlan and route traffic accordingly. The Sonicwall will not allow creation of a second ip in the same subnet as your LAN though.
Sorry, disagree with djcanter. There are three ways to do this:
1) VLAN'ing as djcanter pointed out (best way)

2) Use a second physical port on the NSA 240, use the same zone name 'LAN', and route accordingly.

3) ARP the other subnet to the LAN port (usually X0) and setup a route. Works fine, and here is a tech doc (kind old, but still works) on how to do this; http://www.sonicwall.com/downloads/supporting_multiple_firewalled_subnets_on_sonicos_enhanced.pdf.
to edit my above comment: i use a secondary subinterface on X0 in a different vlan.
