backup solution for unix and windows

hello experts.
i need to find a backup solution for my servers.
i need to backup on tapes.
and be able to backup Unix and windows servers also SQL database without sottping the service.
any good solution out there in the market ?

Symantec Backup Exec 2012. Highly recommended, can use on Windows and Unix, to tape.

Wait, I just read UNIX not support in BE 2012. Sorry about that, we don't use Unix anymore, I'm very surprised. Sorry for bad advise.
