Please recommend CSV/delimeted file viewer

Any personal recommendations on delimited file viewers?

So I use the V File Viewer to view large fixed width files and its great because it loads what it calls "chunks" with out trying to load the entire file.

The V File Viewer vendor offers a conversion utility (Tufix) that converts delimited files into fixed width but I really would like to just look directly at the .csv files.

BTW, Excel just isn't an option for me.  These files have 100 million + records and are 20 + GB in size.
