Outlook 2007 Calendar Attendee that is set for Pacific Time zone gets appointments set for Central and Eastern times.

User is getting Eastern Time and Central zone appointment times (from users in those time zones),  but his Calendar Time Zone (Tools | Options | Calendar Options... | Time Zone...) is set for Pacific Time with 'Adjust for daylight savings time' checked.  User does NOT have persmissions to set the computer clock to another time zone.

OL should be able to provide you local time by converting time to your local time. If this isn't happening then please ask the user to change the time zone from webmail to the preferred time zone he wants.

The exact steps that you had
On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click Calendar Options.
Click Time Zone.
Under Current time zone, type a description in the Label box.
In the Time zone list, click the time zone you want.
If you want your computer clock to automatically adjust for daylight saving time changes, select the Adjust for daylight saving time check box.

Login to webmail and change the time zone
