Probably. Might depend on the video "card" and/or the operating system. Please provide any more details regarding these.

it depends.

what OS are you using? for Windows, from Control Panel | Desktop Properties if you could see two monitors there you may use both of them at the same time. :)

Agreed with ramrom.   Depending on the card, if they are on two separate cards (VGA onboard and HDMI on dedicated graphics card), some tweaking might be required in the BIOS if it supports using both adapters.

If both connectors are onboard or both on dedicated graphics card, then there should be no issues, just plug it in and windows XP/Vista/7 should recognize it.

I have a Lenovo ( http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2383443,00.asp ), and I believe it has a graphics card integrated with the motherboard.

Yes as already said the Lenovo IdeaCentre K330-11691AU supports dual VGA/HDMI monitors "out of the box", if you don't have an HDMI capable monitor you can get an HDMI to DVI adapter to supply a digital output also.

I looked at the link you provided, based on the photos of the machine, I did not see an HDMI port on the display model.  Where is the HDMI port located on yours?  Is it right next to the VGA port or is in the expansion bay?

the OS is windows 7 ultimate.  based on this pic, it looks like the hdmi port is next to the vga port (http://www.pcmag.com/slideshow_viewer/0,3253,l%253D263019%2526a%253D262796%2526po%253D5,00.asp?p=n ).

It is in that picture but check your model against the K3 manual
The HDMI port is sometimes on an expansion card
