I have a Lenovo ( http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2383443,00.asp ), and I believe it has a graphics card integrated with the motherboard.

Operating System? (2nd request!).
I looked at the link you provided, based on the photos of the machine, I did not see an HDMI port on the display model.  Where is the HDMI port located on yours?  Is it right next to the VGA port or is in the expansion bay?
the OS is windows 7 ultimate.  based on this pic, it looks like the hdmi port is next to the vga port (http://www.pcmag.com/slideshow_viewer/0,3253,l%253D263019%2526a%253D262796%2526po%253D5,00.asp?p=n ).
