SBS 2008 RWW display settings

Hi,

I have someone who connects to their desktop PC using Remote Web Workplace. When they do, the desktop image is a fairly small rectangle in the middle of a black box.

If I disconnect and use RDP directly from inside the network, it's fine.

How can I adjust these settings for RWW?

Thanks,

Tom

I've seen this with video driver compatibility issues confusing the active-x control. I'd start by updating drivers on both the source and target workstations.

Thanks for the response!

I just checked and both the desktop PC and laptop have the latest drivers available installed.

It's very weird that the issue is only with RWW -- not RDP.

I just figured it out myself -- the end user had changed the zoom factor on his browser. Changing it back to 100% took care of it.

Thanks!
