Outloo 2007 Search not working
Outlook 2007 i can use the search on an individual folder but when i select search all mail items i get a light blue screen saying cannot display folder. How do i fix this to search all mail items. I have indexed and rebuilt the index to no avail.
Not sure if you are using Exchange ?
Ideally if there is Indexing issue on the server or Database Outlook is bound to have issues ..... so you cna try installing google or Windows search Add-ons to Outlook and see if those would help.

Are the folders your trying to search in your personal folder or a pst?
Is this PST on the local PC, saved over the network somewhere, or on an exteral drive or USB
Quite often the Cannot Display Folder msg will appear, when PSTs are stored on any of these decices as Outlook can have difficulties accessging them or staying connected
If they are trhy moving a copy to your local C drive, then add it to your outlook session and give it another go
