Parent sesssion and child session

i want to store session id and session status in ehcache

when session status is expired i want to terminate child session according to session.

how could i notify when parent session expired  and according how could i terminate child session

I'm not 100% sure of what you mean by parent/child in relation to sessions. But if you have two sessions that you are trying to synchronize, then the use of HttpSessionListener is probably what you would be after.

Your implementation of the HttpSessionListener class has a method called sessionDestroyed that will be called by the servlet container when the session expires
