This is using a newly-setup MS SQL server 2012 system. After the setup, few SQL services including Reporting service is confirmed running. But, the problem is, whenever trying to access the URL of reportServer > http://sqlserver01/ReportServer, the following error messages appear:

Reporting Services Error
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The report server cannot decrypt the symmetric key that is used to access sensitive or encrypted data in a report server database. You must either restore a backup key or delete all encrypted content. (rsReportServerDisabled) Get Online Help
Bad Data. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80090005)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Does this means that  I have to re-create a new symmetric key again? How to confirm reporing service is working fine?

Thanks in advance.
