STRANGE - VMware ESXi 4.0.0, storage reducing when deleting the snapshots - HELP !!!

Hi Experts,

I'm deleting some snap shots to gain some space but I suddenly notice it's storage is reducing fast when I deleting the snap shots !

Please help and thanks a lot !

    can you screenshot the VM folder, and lets have a look if any snapshots are left, or snapshots are still in use and increasing in size, and hence datastore, is being used up!
