newsletter html - outlook 2010, hotmail problem

I am sending out a newsletter. It is html and when it is sent to Outlook 2010 or Hotmail the styles do not appear correctly, but if it is sent to Yahoo or Gmail it shows correctly.
Do you know why this is?

    Can you post some code or give a link to a page that shows what the email looks like.

    HTML and especially CSS styled HTML are subject to different rules for each client and that is further complicated by user settings which might not even allow HTML.  There is no way you should expect them to render the same across different clients.  They are not browsers and do not use browser standards for rendering.
