Inherited a web site

There is a devex Menu with a dropdown that has @20 list items on it.

In the NavigateUrl section...there are some querystrings with spaces.

But the've been put in there differently

Some have

Some have CatName&id=1

Some have

What is best?

"%20", " ", or "+"  ?

    "%20" is the html code for space / URLs shouldn't have spaces in them. Probably best to use + or -
