Sharepoint foundation 2010 asset tracking

I'm looking for an assest tracking site template for sharepoint foundation 2010. I know that there is a free one from codeplex:

http://sp2010teamplates.codeplex.com/

But it requires SP 2010 server/enterprise to use (SharePoint Server Standard Site and SharePoint Server Publishing. features).

Is there another free one bouncing around or do I have to break out the excel spreadsheet?

Many Thanks

Sorry yagyashree

these are the same site templetes found at codeplex. The physical Assest Tracking requires services found in Server/Enterprise.

 MOSS 2010 Application Template usage:

1. Create a new Web Application on MOSS 2010
 2. Create a new Site Collection against that new Web Application

Make sure that the following "Site Collection Features" are activated:
  - SharePoint Server Enterprise Site Collection features
  - SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure
  - Sharepoint 2007 workflows

Make sure that the following "Site Features" are activated:
 - SharePoint Server Standard Site features
  - SharePoint Server Publishing

3. Goto 'Site Settings' of that new Web Application
 4. Goto 'Solutions'
 5. Upload the MOSS 2010 Application Template ".wsp" file, and "Activate" that when upload completes
 6. Create a new "Site" in the newly created "Site Collection" (in step 2), and select the newly uploaded solution in "Template" section

Take backup of your site and test it in demo environment first to protect your data while upgrading.
