Virtualize (thin app) Visio 2010 issues

We are going to be rollin' VM ware for our VDI, and have had an issue with trying to thin app Visio 2010.  After finishing it we run Visio, but it does not activate to our KMS server the first time you login.  You have to close visio, and re-open it, it WILL activate.  
If you open a new VDI session, it all starts over again...

helpfull, but not sure it applies here...we do have the kms server listed in the config file already.

thing is it only "authenticates" on the 2nd try...
