Watchguard Application Control

My second week of tinkering around with application control (11.6 XTM 510) and I lost (or rather, can't view) all the Facebook apps (apparently 9 of them). At one time, I did indeed see them but now only the main Facebook application appears. I've tried from both the Web UI and System Manager, I've rebooted the appliance and I've deleted all recent test policies (and my "global" account is clean).

Don't know what the heck I did or how it happened. Any help would be welcomed with big ol' open arms!

Normally when you make changes to a Watchguard appliance (using the Policy Editor - not the WebUI), when you save changes, you are asked to save the config as an XML file.

Do you do this? If so, re-load one of the earlier XML files and save the config back to the device.

I just loaded a saved configuration from last week (well before this problem started) and it was a no-go (no change, still a problem).

In which case, your safest best is to contact Watchguard support.

Contacted Watchguard support (they responded very quickly) and it's a bug with 11.6. Facebook apparently keeps changing stuff causing everyone to react accordingly.
Thanks Roy!

I think the poster should at least award grade C as he followed the advice and contacted Watchguard Support.
