WCF username token - nonce & timestamp

i need to configure the client in ws-security to connect to a java service.

the username token has to look like this
<wsse:UsernameToken wsu:Id="UsernameToken-36">
            <wsse:Password Type="">password</wsse:Password>
            <wsse:Nonce EncodingType="">iGZNdOexzJlwI73w8Hay4w==</wsse:Nonce>

What do i change or add to make it spit that soap out
This is my current config file
