no this happened last time to a similar user, i had found a blog that i wish i would have bookmarked that said it was a security setting, i had to get in and change the settings and then it worked, i just believe i am missing something

I have a user who is using Adobe Reader X, when they get a pdf with links to our network drives they won't open. this happened to a user before and it was a security setting that i had to change inside of the reader preferences. i have made them have the same settings now but the one still won't open, what am i missing?
