Is there a way to print only the unlocked fields.  I have a sheet that has the titles of the data I want to enter.  Then when I print I only want the data entered to print.  Is this possible?

thanks

You can do something like this.

Sub PrintUnlocked()

    Dim ws As Worksheet
    Set ws = Worksheets("sheet1")

    'If you know the range and is contiguous
    ws.Range("A4:B10").PrintOut

    'If you prefer to select the cells
    Selection.PrintOut

End Sub
