We have a free Google Apps account.
Everything works fine, but one account in unable to access the account via IMAP.
The web login works, the credentials are right and IMAP is enabled (there are no errors), and it shows the folder structure, but doesn't download any mail in Outlook 2010. It just stopped a couple of days ago. A reinstall did not fix it nor a delete and reload of the account credentials.
We tried it in ThunderBird and got the error System Error Failure.
We tried it on a different connection/computer and got similar errors.
All the other email addresses are working without issue.
Google offers no support and I believe this is a server issue.
There is no way to delete this email address and recreate it as there is too much data at stake in the email box.
What to do?
