RingCentral Watchguard Firebox X55e Port Config

Hello Experts,

I have created a firewall rule on my X55e that should allow RingCentral to work properly; however, this doesn't seem to be working.  I have opened up the following ports:

5060-5090 UDP
8000-8200 UDP
16384-16482 UDP

Does anyone have an idea of what I may be missing?

    There might be other ports required to get this to work.
    Look at firewall logs which would give you some clue on the ports to be opened. Include all ports needed in the custom service and it would work.
