Remove access to configure a forward in Exchange Console

I have to remove someone's access to configure redirection/forwarding in exchange console in:  Exchange Console -> user - > mail flow settings -> delivery options -> forwarding address -> forward to.

How can I do this?

Yes, I want to restrict access to the helpdesk team, which already has some administrative access.

As to what i understand you have to play around with RBAC

That's really I need (The bold Answer):

The parameters controlling these settings are located under "Mail Recipients" role as a Parameter under "Set-Mailbox" Role Entry.

DeliverToMailboxAndForward
ForwardingAddress
ForwardingSmtpAddress
GrantSendOnBehalfTo
RecipientLimits

Thanks a lot for All!
