The easiest way is to use a Font like this free one: http://www.barcodesinc.com/free-barcode-font/

Just format a cell with this font and you will be done.

you know how to change the font of a cell? install the barcode font on your PC and use it

I installled font , how do i format cell . what i need to chose in format options in excel.

select a cell, press CTRL-1, select the Font tab and find your font

Did you surround your value with *?

from the web site:

Tips for Using the Barcode Font
•Be sure to add an asterisk * character before and after your text. Example *YOURTEXTHERE*

ws.Range("A3").Value = "*N610-N4F2.2.5*"

have you tried a simpler value like *N610* ?
how do you test your read?

yes i tried the value you suggested, unable to scan. My code just writes that value to Excel sheet cell.

right now i am using my Htc G2 to sacn the barcode , it did read the same value from different type of barcode from label printer

try to find another font. you reader may have a problem with that font.

or try the font in word.

Barcode is scanning fine in excel 2010 , but in Excel 2003 it seems to be stretched . Any solution for this.
