Windows 7 Home Premium Product Key
I have a problem with a PC that I built for a customer 18 months ago. At that time I was getting Operating system software and product keys from a store on the web. For the past year I have been getting all my operating systems from Newegg.com. Anyway with this PC the customer can not find the operating system or the product key that I left her with the box that the motherboard info and drivers came in. Is there a program that I can use to extract the product key from the PC? I talked to Microsoft and they said that there is programs out there that could get the product key that was used when installing the OS. Anybody know what program that is?
Looks like if I can't get the key I will have to buy another key or OS .
Thanks,

For XP there was an app out there called KeyFinder. Maybe there is an updated version that can get it off for Windows 7.

Thanks a lot,

Enchanted Keyfinder is the free replacement to the commercialized jellybean, made by some guys on SourceForge.
