The easy way is that you login to  the vCenter server that both hosts are connected to,
right click the Virtual Machine; choose "Migrate";  you will need to shut the VM down first if vMotion is not setup.   In case you have not setup vCenter; the hard way is to shut down the VM, and then copy the files  from machine to machine,   unregister the VM from the source machine,  register the VM on the destination machine, start it back up,  and then answer the "I moved it"  question while starting the VM, on the summary tab.

vCenter and ESX, for that matter are downloaded by logging in at;  you need to have the appropriate permissions to access downloads for contract or order that includes the software.

There is a rather large body of documentation and planning work that should be involved in the deployment of both VMware hosts and vCenter.
