Exchange 2010 "Auto" Cleanup/Purge of Messages/Items x # of Days/Weeks Old

We have a user who forwards all messages to an external address. We actively need to keep a record but only for the last two weeks.

Is there a way in Exchange 2010 to set an "auto clean-up" from the server level to remove any messages older than two weeks?

This will always create a secondary copy without users information and will store for your administration :)

When planning for messaging retention and compliance, it's important to understand journaling, how it fits in your organization's compliance policies, and how Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 helps you secure journaled messages.
