HP SIM Unreachable and Reachable Alerts

My HP Systems Insight Manager will send an alert for a functioning system indicating that it is unreachable.  Then about 5 minutes later it sends an alert that the system is reachable.  Even though the system never went offline.  Anyone come across this issue with HP System Insight Manager?

Yes, depending on the number of clients the task can take "too long" complete, if a remote does not respond with its time period it is marked as unreachable, next pass the task it responds marked as reachable.
