You got 2 ways. Simplest is the use android-sync like liorkr said. Found on http://www.android-sync.com/ or by syncing it with google contacts followed by importing those contacts in outlook.

The official way is to install KIES from Samsung to sync tbe info.

Yeah but I wouldn't use KIES, it's really buggy and 50% of the time it doesn't work.

I had a look at adnroid-sync but it only does 20 contacts for free. I am looking for a free app.

Commented:
Well you can download samsung kies and sync your contacts from here. But it has a lot of problems imo.

I use following: sync with google and import these contacts in outlook. It's simple, free + you have those contacts extra backupped on google.

I didn't know that Google can import from outlook. Which google app is this? will it take all the notes as well? (the main thing for me are notes where I keep a lot of info.)

I thought you wanted to sync your android with outlook?
Here you have a tutorial how to import outlook contacts to google. And how to export google contacts to outlook. It will sync everything stored with the contact. Also your notes.

I d/l Google Apps Sync and then it told me that it's only available for Business accounts but not free gmail ...
Any way to do this free?
Commented:
You Can download this free app. Is a good alternative if you don't want to pay for the business account.
