Exchange 2010 error ID 1040 The average of the most recent heartbeat intervals ...

My Exchange getting the below error

The average of the most recent heartbeat intervals [494] for request [Sync] used by clients is less than or equal to [540].
Make sure that your firewall configuration is set to work correctly with Exchange ActiveSync and direct push technology. Specifically, make sure that your firewall is configured so that requests to Exchange ActiveSync do not expire before they have the opportunity to be processed.

so what you think about this issue

exchange 2010 on win server 2008 and i have alot of mail boxes are using ActiveSync
and it works with no problem so why this error appears!! and what the solution

It's no problem as long as no one is complaining.  You can up the time out of port 80 and 443 to 20 minutes in your firewall.  Also try changing the connection timeout in IIS to 20 mins for the default website

I have the same error on one of my clients and except the annoying errors at the event log
nothing to worry about
