Outlook 2010 crash/ lockup every single morning

We have recently moved over to office 2010 an Win7 (from XP & 2003)

our mailserver is Mdaemon.

each client uses outlook connector as their inbox's are synched to their blackberries

on my machine every single morning outlook has crashed/ locked an requires to be restarted. occasionally through the day it will lock up again requiring to be restarted

all add ins are disabled except "Outlook connector for mdaemon"

this is from event viewer

machines are fully updated

AV is disabled as are all add ins

im not using a pst but download mail direct from server

im stumped

an update has resolve the issue

a newer version of outlook connector resolved the issue
