Hi yes i mean if you open any web browser and typed

domain.com for it then to resolve as if you were typing www.domain.com.

Are you saying the only people that can do this are the people that host the site?

you could add A record for your domain (domain.com) into the DNS zone
If you have forwarders from ISP and he has rules set that for unresolved queries forward to search engine in that case only this is possible

For eg If you have 4.2.2.2 (Global) this will redirect the page of bing search engine listing domain names with google.com
