GPO Needed 2008 Server Foundations

We need to find and configure the GPO for workstations that logs off the user after a period of in activity.  We'd like them to be logged off, not screen saver locked.  The reason is this.  If a person with admin rights uses a laptop in the office and then leaves and the screen saver locks it would take a person with admin rights to log off or reboot.

So please help us.

There is a tool from Microsoft .You can set idle/session timer so that users can log off automatically.

have a look at the following blog post. It explains how you can logout users by using a scheduled task.

jmanishbabu,
Both of your links are somewhat helpful.  But the first one after reading it seems problematic to implement with Win 7.
The second one is more or less for AFTER hours, meaning you'd have to configure hours that they can be logged on.  In our case some users might be in all night (land scaping company that moves snow in the winter).

I have found a utilitly called IdleLogOff

http://www.intelliadmin.com/index.php/downloads
which was in this thread.

I will test and post back.

Thanks for getting my head started this morning.

Both of the links provided by jmanishbabu were helpful but in the end it was simpler for us to use the program listed in my comment.  He should still get credit for providing the answer as it believe what he provided would have worked fine.
