Rman duplicate failed when doing the refresh

Hello ,

I am doing the RMAN Refresh ( Refreshing UA with production copy) using duplicate command. but it is keep failing. please suggest how to solve this puzzle. I think it is restoring but not recovering. I am getting the following error

Look at the alert log on the target system.  There should be more information in there as to why the database came down.
