ChildIndex of MovieClip

I have a number of library instances I'm bringing dynamically on to the stage via addChild procedures.  But - there's a movieclip that always remains on the stage set on the timeline.

I'd like that movieclip to always "be on top", and never be obscured by the instances added on the stage via AddChild.

What would the ChildIndex syntax be to accomplish this?

You'd do something like this.

setChildIndex(instanceThatNeedsToGoOnTop, numChildren - 1);

Open in new window
