Hello, I have a Citrix Access Gateway running ver 4.6.3 Standard Edition.
I recently created a XenApp Services Site for use with my users Smart Phones.
After doing this, my Laptop users running IE can no longer access the CAG.
How do I set a policy in the CAG that will allow BOTH Smart Phone users who are running the receiver and laptop users who are running IE with the web only citrix client?

What is the error message that you're getting. Is it happening only to laptop users?

Check for any end point policies configured which any exclusion , you will get that under Access Policy Manager, extreen right side window. Next I would like to verify Global Cluster policy tab and make sure earlier version plugin access is enabled with prompt to upgrade option checked. These two are the only tabs where possible seetings are configured. So verify these two tabs for any settings that is blocking access for any earlier version client or without Access gateway plugin.. you would see these tabs in Access Gateway management console ..as I am assuming you are using that for configuration.

Cheers ,

My laptop users are getting a "page cannot be displayed" error when they hit the CAG webpage.
The smartphone users are running the Citrix receiver without any issues.
I am using the default policy in the CAG.
Are there policies that need to be setup for BOTH web users and Citrix receiver users?
If so, what are they?

If I want both my laptop and smartphone user to access their apps is it mandatory for me to check the "use the multiple login option page"?
