Cisco IP communicator

When I launch it, it says no audio device available but the audio on my pc works just fine. I really need to get this up and running to test out some settings.

Do you have something plugged into the mic port?  If not, you will get that message.  

Check the sound applet in control panel and make sure the computer sees something plugged in.
