RPC Proxy Not Installed on Server 2000 with Exchange 2003

We are in the process of migrating our Server 2000 with Exchange 2003 to Office 365

I have got through most of the set up but the last error i am now receiving when running the Remote Connectivity Analyzer is :-

Testing HTTP Authentication Methods for URL https://exchange2.creditfixme.co.uk/rpc/rpcproxy.dll?exchange2.creditfixme.co.uk:6002.
The HTTP authentication test failed.
       Additional Details
A Web exception occurred because an HTTP 501 - NotImplemented response was received from Unknown.

On the server the RPCProxy folder is empty and in IIS there is no RPC under Default Web Sites. Is this something i need to install and if so how?

I have also attached the full document from the Remote Connectivity Analyzer. Any help would be fantastic.

do you have a Public Certificate Authority installed on the exchange 2003 server?

How would i check this? I have installed a certificate in IIS but not had to do one in Exchange 2003 before.

yes, i meant for exchange OWA access so that would be through IIS.  Whats the vendor on the Public Certificate?  Is it a self signed certificate?

It is  a Go Daddy Certificate. The Remote Connectivity Analyzer seems to like it and only gives a warning of

Analyzing the certificate chains for compatibility problems with versions of Windows.
Potential compatibility problems were identified with some versions of Windows.
       Additional Details
ExRCA can only validate the certificate chain using the Root Certificate Update functionality from Windows Update. Your certificate may not be trusted on Windows if the "Update Root Certificates" feature isn't enabled.

ok its saying the RPC over Http connectivity has failed.  Do you have this set up?  You can test it with an Outlook client over the internet.

I don't think RPC Proxy is set up - i think this is my problem. there is no RPC showing in IIS and the folder c:\winnt\system32\rpcproxy is empty

yea, if your using the MS tool to migrate email from exchange 2003 to office 365 its a pain.  If you have an option I would reccomend migrationwiz.com its way better and well worth the money.

Do you have any other questions?
