Addonics Pocket Ultra DigiDrive with Win7 64 bit

My Windows 7 64 bit system can't see an Addonics Pocket Ultra DigiDrive (AEPUDDU) unit with a AAUSBC-309 T2 cable. I keep getting USB errors while Windows 7 tries detecting it.

Is there a driver for Windows 7 64 bit?   Has anyone gotten one of these devices to work with Windows 7 64 bit?  I checked the manufacturer's web site for drivers but I can't find any.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have you tried it with other OS'es, such as WinXP, just to see if the device works?  You need to isolate the problem as to whether it is the driver or the hardware.  You can also try it in Win7's XP emulation mode: http://www.windowsitpro.com/article/usb/q-does-windows-xp-mode-in-windows-7-support-usb-devices-
