shadow copy for all user

I have a windows 2008 domain controller and my user joined the .local domain.
I actived shadow copy for my users, who has a problem with document I want that user gets erlayer version from shadow copy.

But my problem is not all user can see showcopy tab.I think because they do not have admin rights .

How can i do this project correct? ofcourse i give not admin rights, I need to know ,how can i acchive this?

They should not need admin rights. How are they accessing the folder. Are the using the UNC path \\server\share or are they trying to navigate to it via Windows explorer?

If they are using XP then they need to intall the shadow copy client to be able to see the Previous Versions Tab - you can get it here

I have a client with windows 7, that user has not Previous Versions Tab. but xp client has

But what are your users using? - if they are using Win7 then they vill be able to see the Previous Versions Tab - however, if they are using XP, they need to install the client software - the client software simply adds the previosu versions tab to XP (without the client software shadow copies are created but XP users can't see them)
